I use steam in spanish lenguage and de search bar is not where it should be.
in steam in english the search bar is ok

I take it this would be the same if you visit steam store in a browser aswell?

Yup, you can see it here (so not a Steam for Linux issue): http://store.steampowered.com/?l=spanish

Same problem with other languages, but it's no biggie - Linux link will be probably moved to the Games section soon.

using rekonq 2.2.1 steam homepage in Spanish looks good, but using firefox 19 looks like in the picture above.

On Windows, the steam-client is configured in Spanish and looks good. Firefox 19 in windows also looks good
