This should have been fixed by #1162, what’s your client version and is the server updated ?
Well, I didn't test after update. I have not updated my server to SteamCMD yet. Will update soon and reply back. But may be someone has already tried any can confirm.

I'm not sure whether this issue has been raised into past or not. Counter Strike 1.6 32 slot servers have issue with spec bug. Kindly fix this Alfred.
