Right click deactivates automatically while in game. Have to go change it in OPTIONS > Keyboard > Defaults > Apply/OK and (rarely) sometimes by just pressing `ESC' again and again, to re-activate. (freq: close to always)
Screen freezes when taking a grenade in hand and keep pressed the left click to release later - pressing some other button to change weapon releases the freeze (freq: almost always)
