Num Lock ON and OFF at same time in Steam Chat

While playing, if i want to speak to somewone and if i press "7", the cursor came back at the begining of the line and insert "7"

Per example if i want to write "I have 7 friends", it will do :
"7 friendsI have"
It insert the right number but it also do the actions of numpad when it is OFF.

Same kind of problem with others number of numpad.

I am experiencing this issue as well in the entire overlay, not just chat (IE: web broswer). Arch Linux 64-bit, KDE Plasma 5 desktop.
