Was in the tunnel at the start of the 'sandtraps' area where the cars block the path and you get set upon by zombies. Started pushing the cars away with the gravity gun and some were disappearing (through the wall?). The buggy also seemed to be attached to one of the cars and I was unable to detach the two. Some slowdown occurred and eventually the game crashed with the error in the screenie below:
