It work in firefox and in IE. i don't have chrome.

One of the steam update broke it at this current state.

Both of the Counter-Strike pop-ups worked for me. We'll have to try and find the repro.

I've been having the same problem. I can't see the release notes for Half-Life, Blue Shift, Portal, or any other Valve game that posts the changelog via the Community Announcements page instead of the News feed. I have to copy the page URL and open it in Firefox.
