The screenshot uploader window has issues with selecting screenshots. When it first comes up, it acts as if I am holding down shift, and automatically selects all the thumbnails between the two I click on. If I hit Esc, and then click outside of the thumbnails, it goes away and I can select one at a time again. If I hit Shift or Ctrl at any point after that, it comes back. It's almost as if it's treating Shift and Ctrl as toggles that can only be toggled off again by hitting Esc.
