I have discovered a rare formating error that occurs when a url is in a chat box and the url is the exact width of the chat window contents.

The formating error does not occur with 1 pixel width added to the chat window, and I was able to get it to reproduce itself when resized back to the first width.

The additional underlined text brought the main steam client to the foreground and displayed the user profile page.
