When using the Steam overlay with the Linux version of Torchlight, which isn't currently a Steam native title, the in-game cursor is replaced with a default X cursor, and isn't restored to the game cursor when closing the overlay.
Steps to reproduce:
Install Torchlight.
1a) If running a 64-bit system, extract the 32-bit binary and dependencies from the installer manually.
Create a .desktop file for the 32-bit binary.
Add it to the Steam library.
Launch the game.
Open the Steam overlay.
1-4 could probably be replaced with steps to add any other application which has custom cursors.
