Please report your issue over at https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Source-1-Games/issues and include your system information as requested at https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Source-1-Games#reporting-issues. Also, a screenshot accompanied by the output of getpos from the game console can make it easier to point the devs to exactly what you are experiencing.

Although this isn't a Linux specific issue, I noticed that in Episode 2 Beta on Windows 8 the water is white and not clear like in Linux. Issue arose after the beta updated. I am running all the latest updates on my Windows box including Steam and all of my games are also up to date. Issue doesn't occur on Linux. I don't know where else I should report this issue since it is not affecting Linux.
