Hello. Let me start by trying to understand the problem which you are encountering.
You are playing TF2 and it crashes since being uninstalled and reinstalled. You've uninstalled and reinstalled Steam since then in an attempt to fix it, but that just made the issue worse and spread to other games.
Since you mentioned Gotham City Impostors and Blacklight: Retribution, I presume you're either using Windows or you're using Wine. Is this correct?

Ok so one day i was playing tf2 and then i uninstalled it to make space for another game but turns out the game sucked so i uninstalled that game and installed tf2 i launched the game and it showed the valve logo then went to show he source logo then it just crashes for no reason so i unistalled steam and reinstalled everything still crashed i tryed it on gotham city impostors free to play and blacklight reribution it says failure to start your video card doesnt meet the requirements of space so i noticed it never did that for tf2 now when i try to start tf2 it doesnt start up i see a white bar on the steam app then it goes away and tf2 says last played today is anyone else having this problem and does anyone know how to fix this
