Hello,
When I playing through Big Picture on Linux game: Half Life 2
So it does not unlock achievements. Example: Revenge,Zero-Point Energy
When i playing through normal mode it unlock achievements.

If I may point out the obvious, it's rather hard to diagnose an issue where achievements trigger in certain circumstances but not others, given that there's no way to earn the same achievement twice. Perhaps if there were some tool, available only for volunteer testers, that can wipe one's achievements from the record.
