I was very excited when I got an email saying that I had been granted access to play Dota 2. So, I checked my Steam client and there it was "Dota 2 Test". After it was done downloading, I attempted to start it, but instead I got an error saying "Failed to start game (missing executable)"
I even tried to see if it could be manually started by going into the SteamApps folder, but it's true; there appears to be no executables to start the game, just 5.5GB of files which I can't do anything with.
This is expected. The Dota 2 Test has not been published yet, we've only added the OSes to the os list. Dota 2 issues can be reported here: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Dota-2/issues
