Hi.
I use Steam and play well some game but when I want to try report bug in Dota 2 i running Steam in cosole and I see few error.

The first error was not installed "dpkg" dependence steam - Please install dependence to Steam.
Ok, I close steam and install dpkg on my steam. Next I open console and start steam and... I see more depending missing but some i check and it's installed on my system.

What I see after install dpkg:

Although the steam works. But now, even as I want to run it without the console, using the icon on the desktop it first opened to me a new console window and asked:

I deinstall dpkg and I see:
