The key detail is "libdbus-glib-1.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory", the Fedora steam package maintainer should be resolving this dependency.

I tried launching Steam with STEAM_RUNTIME=0 and Multiwinia was working.

You need to install dbus-glib. I don't know if Multiwinia is a 32 or 64 bit application, so I think it's safer to install both versions.
