Hi, when I'm typing a german capital ß ( = ẞ ; CAPS LOCK on and then pressing ß ) in a chat window the letter is only displayed properly on my chat window when the ẞ is at the beginning of the line. The recipient of the message (a steam windows user) sees the correct behaviour. By the way this letter is used uncommonly in German.

The next steam client will have some changes to address CJK font issues and this may actually get worse (no rendering at all). If you can retry when the update comes out that'd be helpful.

Nope, still not working. Did I mentioned that the wrong character appears already when I type it?
I also noticed following issue: when i'm typing a "ẞ" at the beginning of the line, the letter appears. But it will turn into a "box" when I'm placing any character in front of the "ẞ". Removing this character, makes the "ẞ" appearing again.

I don't believe an update with the changes has been released yet.
