I did a fresh install of lubuntu 13.04 and this problem arose. where before on my previous install of lubuntu 13.04 it was working just fine. All my drivers are at their latest version as far as I can tell and I have updated the entire system. My system information and screenshots of the issue in TF2 are posted below. The issue occurs in DOTA2 as well so i'm assuming its a driver issue or something.
