You most likely have AMD driver problems, but there's no enough information to make progress on this issue. Have you ever gotten a failure report or a crash ID?
Sorry, i was certain i had written my solution here. Anyway the problem was with the AMD 7790 perfomance driver for that specific series. When i moved over to use the normal 7700 series driver i got rid of my crashes. To answer your questions, no, i never got any crash information or failure reports, nothing in the system logs nor in steams logs.

I have started experiencing some really weird hard crashes where my PC either freezes and i have to turn off the machine completely before it will boot again, or my PC just shuts down as if i pulled the power. These issues normally appear in 3 different cases:
1: Randomly whenever i look around in my library.
2: Whenever i attempt to install a title. (only attempted from library and not the store page)
3: Whenever i click a title in the library.
