I was buying a game just now using my debit card (for the first time), and after I hit next and the client landed me in the final "review" screen before the purchase is made, it got the expiry date of the debit card wrong.
It said "Visa expires in 1955", instead of 2016, which was what I entered. Unfortunately I couldn't get a screenshot as I was impatient, but the inaccuracy in the review screen irked me a bit. Nevertheless, I'm sure it can easily be reproduced.
The purchase was successful, so this only a string substitution problem, and strictly visual as far as I could tell.
