[steam client]steam internet error,doesn't start,then shutdown

Hello,

When i launch steam,i get a window telling me something like this (translated from french) :

connection with steam network impossible.
this could be related to a problem with your internet connection or a problem with the steam network.go to www.steampowered.com for more informations.

Then i click on the ok button and steam shutdown.
