CD Key Window Not Resizable in Steam Overlay

I had the misfortune of needing to enter a CD key for Wargame: European Escalation, but could not paste the CD key so I had to manually enter the key. However, the key is larger than the CD activation key window, so I could not read the full key. The fix was simply to put the game into window mode in order to alt + tab to read the CD key outside of the game.

I never had problems resizing the window in Windows.
