The clickable area for the "Change" link overlaps with the "View my Steam Community profile" link. The resulting area is "Change View m".
I noticed that the settings dialog got redesigned, but this problem persists.
After 1 whole year the problem still exists.
I just checked this with the windows client, and it's the same.
