Metro works for me so this may be something specific to your configuration. Do you get any failure reports if you look in the Steam system information?
Metro last light shows this message when crashes:
Steam Error: Application load error T:0000067431
That error indicates a signal handler problem during startup in Metro. How are you launching the Steam client? Do you have something watching for signals or tracing the processes?
I can launch it in terminal and send the output.
Or should i run steam in some other ways?

No, I'm asking if you have been running it with anything out of the ordinary at all. Something is interfering with signal delivery on your system. The code involved is a simple raise() and as it works properly on my system I don't believe it's broken, it seems more likely there's something in your configuration that is causing the issue. Other than some kind of monitoring tool I don't know what it would be.
Do all three games fail with the same error?
Oh. Now i understand. I launching steam with env variable that allows steam
to close to the tray. But same problem appears when launching it without
env overrides via terminal.
BTW. I found few similar Metro crashing reports. Was found that game
doesnt crashes when v325 nvidia driver installed.

There are two different issues: games crashing and games failing with errors. They may have completely different causes, or not. Updating your NVIDIA drivers sounds like a good idea according to the thread, and that may be the underlying cause (I am running an older driver, which may be why it works for me).
I found that games works if launch them via desktop launchers (steam steam://rungameid/43160) when steam is not launched.
This problem is not related to nvidia drivers.
I installed 325.15 drivers but games still crashed.
In steam community thread, drjoms -- topic starter, left comment about this (sic):
"It does crash no matter what, but in case of thios driver, for me it is at least playable."
If you're seeing the app error message it isn't a crash and you don't have the same problem.
One other thing to try is to disable the community overlay in the game properties when launching via Steam.
It doesnt help.
I tried to launch Metro in different ways:

Something is interfering with signals on your system, you'll need to try and find out what that is.
But i donk know how to do it. Im not a hacker.

Hello @Shished, are you still experiencing this issue on an up to date system?
Closing pending feedback.
This problem affects 3 games in my library: 'Metro: Last Light', Worms Reloaded and Natural Selection 2.
This games are crashing if i launching them from Steam for Linux client.
But if i shutdown Steam and launch game manually from file manager (only Metro and Worms can be launched in this way), it launches Steam and starts itself and works normally.
After that any of described games can be launched from client.
