The floating-point exception is in the AMD driver, so setting to AMD driver issue.

Llahtis 2013-12-17 github

I noticed the other day that the Nvidia card on a computer with Pay-Pal page freezes.

Steam does not crashed, but the pay-pal payment page froze. (email check or something).
And it could not be used. Then I used a credit card and it worked.

Paypal payment can not be made. No is not AMD driver issue. I forgot to inform.

My hardware specs found: https://gist.github.com/lahtis/7346348

The original poster's issue was in the AMD driver. Your described behavior is different and you likely are experiencing a different problem, so you should open a separate bug.

Hello @r-or, are you still experiencing this issue on an up to date system?
