Can't login in last beta release

I'm using a beta version of Steam. I can't login, Steam freezes at this window:

I tried to reinstall Steam. I move SteamApps into other directory and remove ~/.local/share/Steam. After reinstall Steam was successfully started. After switching to Beta in settings I can't login again.
