Using any KDE-based desktop, Steam notifications (such as friends coming online)
will ignore the dock/control bar and simply cover it.

I remember this being talked about in the very first beta, but I couldn't find the original issue, maybe it was inside another unrelated issue.

Still, would be nice if it was fixed.
