No sound when switching between CS:S and another application

Hi,

when I'm switching (alt-tab) from CS:S to another application (firefox) CS:S ceases to play any sound. To make things worse, there is no kind of notification when a round ended.

Systems that are affected by this:
Ubuntu 13.04 32bit (Gnome version)
with fglrx driver (13.11b6)

Ubuntu 13.10 64bit (Gnome version)
with latest radeon driver (7.2.0)
GLX Renderer: Gallium 0.4
GLX Version: 3.0 Mesa 9.2.1

Hardware:
CPU: AMD FX6350
GPU: AMD Radeon HD5870
Mainboard: Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3

errh, nevermind. I just saw the checkbox 'Silence the audio while the game window is in the background' in the Audio tab. Of course it was checked.
