There's no possibility to pick custom language for the game using steam big picture mode. It's only available for desktop mode

Are you talking about game UI or Steam UI? Which game and which piece of UI?

I'm talking about game ui which sets in game property in the language tab.

I tried to change language to Half Life 2 and some other games. But big picture mode has no such option to make it possible

Thanks for the clarification, that's Steam UI and not game UI.
