Steam doesn't close the menu correctly and i have it on all my screens: my screen http://inightmare.org/~bentkus/images/screenshots/2014-02-22-014031_1676x1027_scrot.png

I just right click on a game and sometimes it doesn't close it.

I've also seen the same issue, the leftover window seems to usually be a dropdown menu. I've noticed that if I hover over the same tab that originally spawned the dropdown, it will clear it. I usually see this happen when entering big picture mode from the "view" menu at the top left of the default steam skin.
