Steam does not close to the system tray

after more than a year steam still not close to the system tray in KDE
please pay attention to this detail, this is the only trouble we have in KDE

Steam doesn't close to system tray in LXDE either. When I close it using "X" button on top-right, it justs minimizes like I had pressed "_".

Maybe if you lazy sacks actually fixed it people wouldn't keep opening duplicates.
