Anyone else have this startup issue?

Hi, I installed steamos on my pc;
intel celeron g550
4 gbs of ddr3 1333MHz ram
Gigabyte ga-h87n-usb3 motherboard
When I boot up this is what happens ( https://vimeo.com/90417310) I have driver Version 3.0 Mesa
10.0.1 and I have steam os 1.0 update 96. Also big picture is very
laggy.
