I noticed this as well with AntiAliasing Option override set with NVidia-Settings utility. I have the exact same video card.
Thanks - I checked my settings and I had set this too at some point (dont remember when). Setting all antialiasing settings back to "Use application settings" fixed this bug for me.
Sorry to bump this, but changing the anti-aliasing setting is not a fix, it is a workaround (although this workaround has made this a lower-priority issue). The expected behavior is that the game will work properly even with anti-aliasing override enabled. Perhaps the bug should be resubmitted as "nvidia-settings anti-aliasing override option causes blank screen."
I agree, this is definitely a workaround not a fix. This issue should remain open.

Nothing extracted yet.
Serious Sam 3 shows only a black screen during movies and the actual game. Menus appear fine and sound can be heard (so the game is running - it's just a display issue). If I enable FPS from the options, the FPS does display - but the rest of the screen is still black.
