As you can see, all depends are resolved.
Also, steam is trying to download steam runtime (it worked before without runtime), but does not unpack it. And i don't wont to use runtime because all requred libraries are present.
This update was in june, but i have no time to fix it.

Since June i have not restarted steam (i used hibernation), but it worked before restart.
Now steam can work, but only with STEAM_RUNTIME enabled and it downloads more than 200 MB before every run, deleting runtime and all it's libraries.
This download is reqiure more that two hours on my internet connection, so i cannot use steam at all.

@kisak-valve I reinstalled system and steam from scratch, now it seems to work fine with runtime and does not try to re-download runtime
