I am running steam on a 32bit ubuntu Ubuntu 14.04 laptop with:
Chip: CPU T2400 @ 1.83GHz × 2
Graphics: Intel® 945GM x86/MMX/SSE2
32-bit architecture
2.5gb of RAM

Even if the game ran, I think it would be pretty slow, even on Windows.
