Actually the point with running steam steam://flushconfig caused an infinite loop of login dialog -> reset configuration dialog if I always click Ok in the reset config dialog. So after a couple of times I clicked Cancel. So I guess it didn't reset the configuration? Is there a steam console command I could try?
(I tried to log in to steam support but even after resetting the password it just didn't take my credentials.)
When I try to install Chaos on Deponia Steam says all files are downloaded but then fails to start the game because actually no files at all where downloaded.
