Crash when entering a folder with many pictures in File Select dialog

I use Linux x86_64 and beta client.

Steps to reproduce:
Open an artwork submit page
Click "Choose File"
Enter a folder which contains a lot of images (I have 169 JPGs)
Steam crashes...

It doesn't happen when I enter a folder with few images.
