The Steam Client doesn't seem to be fully adjusted to the opacity capabilities of my system. I have set inactive windows to only be around 60% opaque. And that works fine. Except with Steam. Whenever I hover the mouse over the navigation, or click on something from the file menu, which brings up menus of their own, the main Steam window turns transparent. It shouldn't.

I have a similar problem, also with the drop down menu. The window loses it's focus everytime a drop down menu expands (on hover over the buttons "Store" "Library" etc..)
