Manjaro Linux: steam is not restarting after changing settings

When i change settings, like language / skin, steam needs a restart. However after confirming the restart steam is closing but not starting again. I need to start steam manually.

I can see a lot of resource related errors. Using any custom skins? Have you tried with the default one?

Custom skin but made a mistake and forgot a: " in a config file of the custom skin therfore the errors, but the problem i mentioned also occurs with the default skin.
