My library disappeared from steam.
When re-adding the library I got: "New Steam library must be on a filesystem mounted with execute permissions" despite the drive having exec in fstab.
The library name was SteamApps which was what was created by default a while back.
Creating a link from SteamApps -> steamapps fixed it.
