Experienced a strange encounter where Steam is loaded twice. I have Steam locked to my Ubuntu launcher menu and I noticed that sometimes that there are two Steam clients running at the same time.
It causes undefined behaviour like randomly going offline. I simply kill -9 the processes and I start from the terminal.
