One thing great about Steam is the custom launch arguments, and on Linux lots of games need different arguments to work correctly across intel/amd/nvidia.

It would be great if Steam would save them directly into your profile for when you install a game again and/or get a new Steam install going.

Would save people a bit of hassle re-finding all the custom arguments.

This would be a great feature. Valve add it please! :+1:
liamdawe: For your information the arguments are stored in: .local/share/Steam/userdata/XXXXXX/config/localconfig.vdf

Oh right, this would prevent me from losing access to a game I "fixed" a long time ago (but forgot how), if I do a fresh install. Very useful.

To clarify, do you mean your user profile on the OS or your Steam profile?
