Hi. I am using Steam in Turkish language on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. Normally there is no problem with Turkish but when I updating Steam, I can't see Turkish characters. I added a screenshot about this problem. For example: It must be "Steam Güncelleniyor..." not "Steam G?ncelleniyor..." or "Paket çıkartılıyor..." not "Paket ??kart?l?yor...".

Sorry for my bad English, I hope I could describe the problem.

You described the issue well enough.

The next release of the Steam client will have a fix for this.

Thanks for your attention but problem is still appears. 2 or 3 update came since I report this issue. It seems some parts are fixed but still I can not read "Paket çıkartılıyor..." text.

Thanks, the text we have has 'Paket çýkartýlýyor' so we may just have a bad translation.

We've reviewed the Turkish translations and fixed more problems, they'll be in the next client release.

@Bl00dyHell, thanks for helping review.

Can I suggest you visit http://translation.steampowered.com/ @Bl00dyHell, it mentions that their Turkish locale could use some more translations!
