I have been getting kicked from servers again this last week because the old problem in steam beta has made its way into the stable steam client now.
I am told that pak01_023.vpk does not match the server version, but if I verify integrity of game cache it says everything is OK. I have to delete the vpk file and then verify files to get it to redownload.
