Not by any chance a Intel IGP?
Added system Information, I hope that is all you need.
Any Idea how to solve this Problem?
Oh, not sure why this was missed… You appear to be running TF2 Beta which has an out-of-date release. I know its perverse but we’re testing TF2 rather than TF2beta. Have you had any issues running that game?
I wasn't aware that there were a beta and a regular release...
But the regular release gives even more error-messages.
I have edited the error-message in the initial post.
Are you running the game directly from Steam or in a terminal?
Did you copy the files from TF2 beta over into TF2?
Would you verify TF2’s game cache and try again please.
#1360 has the same missing library issue but nothing was resolved in that case either…
Sorry, that I didn't answerd for a while...
I was tired of troubleshooting.
I reinstalled my OS now it is the x64 version (of Xubuntu), but I still get the same error-message.
I verified the game cache.
Usually I start the Game out of steam, only for the error messages I run it from a terminal
If you start it via steam, do you still have the problem?
Yes the screen turns black for a few seconds and then returns to steam
Any Idea?

Nothing extracted yet.

Here my system:
