Problem Description

The select input for the day, month, and year fields on the birthdate verification page are 1PX wide.

Steps to Reproduce

Browse to a game that requires birthdate verification
Select any of the date fields

Expected Behavior

The normal select menu

Actual Behavior

A 1PX menu

I have had the same issue on the Featured Showcase select menu within the profile edit. I was able to work around the bug by shrinking the steam window.

I am able to reproduce this problem. Every time after Steam is startet at max size (1080p) the select menu is broken like this one. After I shrinked the steam client to 1444x793 the select menu is working and by the way folding down not up like the black bar you can see in my screenshot. The widget seems to work stable after the resize, even if I switch to another view and back it works as expected at 1080p.
