In the Settings => Interface we can "edit" the Steam quicklist. These quicklists are not internationalized. When you have OS in, for example, Polish, Steam in Polish, quicklists are still in English. Screenshot: http://m4tx.pl/misc/steam_quicklists.png
Also, I noticed lack of the "Big Picture" item in quicklists.
