Steam is put in big picture mode. Then going to my profile > "View Inventory" > "Steam". I see the games I "bought as a gift" then chose to keep in my inventory. Clicking a specific game brings up a view with the game "cover", description and 3 options.
"View in Store" works as expected.
"Send Gift..." opens a view that is not big picture specific. The webpage is the same as when using this option in desktop mode of steam or a web browser. I haven't tried actually sending a game this way.
"Add to my library..." doesn't do anything. Clicking it does play the little wet sound from clicking a button. But nothing else seems to happen.
I've tried with different games too. All having official support for SteamOS. (although I don't think that would matter ?)
I am opted into the "Steam Beta Update" in steam settings.

OS is mageia 5 with xfce desktop. complete specs
Bug may not actually be linux specific but I don't have a windows install that can run big picture.
no idea where the black bars in the left/right are coming from. They don't show up in steam, only in the screenshot.
