Conflicks just ended the free weekend, and the "Manage Game" option disappeared, which is where you go to uninstall the 4GB of data it installed.
The only way I could find was to go into the settings and disk management and then scroll through the list of 900-ish games I have installed, looking for Conflicks.
Not reproducible in modern Steam. I installed Construction Simulator when it was free for a few days and was able to delete the game in BPM after the free period ended.
