[BPM] 'About this content' pop-up is empty for DLCs

Client: Latest Beta (24 Feb)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start Steam in Big Picture Mode
  2. Open Store page for some DLC. For example 'Hand of Fate: Wildcards' or 'Cities Skylines: Snowfall'
  3. Click on 'About this content' section. Empty pop-up will appear:

This issue doesn't happen with games, only DLC.
