LIMBO, Multiwinia, and Oil Rush are three examples but there were a few more.

Normally the dialog displays "You are about to install " and then size information below. Only the first line was displayed and the paragraph below was absent.

In order to see the actual install sizes, you have to opt in to the correct Beta for that game.

If you were to try to install any of those games from their default Beta (i.e. RightClick on the game in your library view->properties->BETAS: "None - Opt out of all Beta programs"), you wouldn't have any files to download, hence the empty disk space information.
Were you to proceed with the download, you would get no game files. When you tried to launch it from Steam we would pop the error dialog that says:
"Failed to start game (missing executable)"

If you want to install these particular games, you should contact the appropriate game developer for more information.
